Athlete Protocol has definitely helped me grow as an athlete and I have noticed improvements on the field since I have started working with Coach Harrison. He knows his athlete’s limits and also knows when to push them harder. He zeroes in on each athlete-specific need for sport and position so everything we do has a specific purpose to help me on the field.
Harrison helped me to recover from a broken ankle and provided me with multiple exercises to perform that worked out that leg without putting any pressure on it! He truly cares about his athletes and helps to not only become better athletes but also gain more insight on the human body.
If you are looking for a trainer for your high school/college athlete look no further. My daughter Olivia has been training with Harrison for some time now, the vast improvements in speed and strength are amazing but what continues to be of reassurance is his commitment to doing all the lifting and training in the best and safest way possible

The gyms is super clean with awesome equipment. Harrison is great, actually everyone is super friendly. If you want to seriously get sweaty with the best take Steph’s class. You sign up and book class on the MINDBODY app super easy.
