Training Details
Our Adult Semi-private training program is designed to help you move better and feel healthier than ever before. Each program is led from start to finish by a strength coach who provides each member with personal attention to get the most out of every exercise. Our clients train in small groups (8 or less) giving ample opportunity for the coach to connect with each client throughout the workout. Our aim is to make our sessions feel like private training, but with the benefit of a supportive group atmosphere.
Adult semi-private are available from two to four times a week depending on your needs and availability.
